We will accept returns on tinned pipe tobacco when the tobacco you received is not the tobacco you ordered. We will accept returns on tinned tobacco only if the tobacco has been unopened. Also if you have any critical damage on tins you also can contact us for further assistance.
2. Shipping
We use UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage method. Also We provide free shipping option on all domestic orders over $95.
Due to regulations administered in Maine, Utah, South Dakota, Hawaii, and Washington, we unfortunately can’t ship any pipe tobacco to those states. Also NO international, US shipping only.
